Privacy Policy
Effective August 3, 2026 · Last updated August 3, 2026
RynoLending (“RynoLending,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through www.rynolending.com, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. It also describes how we handle the nonpublic personal financial information you give us when you inquire about or apply for a loan.
1. Who this policy covers
RynoLending is a Colorado-based mortgage lender and broker, NMLS #2246059, located at 19590 E Mainstreet Ste 104, Parker, CO 80138. We provide investment-property and business-purpose financing in 23 states and the District of Columbia.
Residential (owner-occupied) home loans presented on this site are originated through Able Financial, Company NMLS #473970, licensed in 16 states. When a residential inquiry or application is submitted, Able Financial’s own privacy practices also apply to the information it receives. Ask us and we will provide their notice.
This policy applies to this website, the forms and calculators on it, and the inquiries and applications you submit through it. It does not apply to third-party websites we link to, which have their own policies.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact and identity information — name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
- Inquiry and pre-qualification details — loan type, property address, property type and intended use, purchase price, estimated or as-is value, after-repair or completed value, rehab and construction budgets, existing loan balance, desired cash-out, monthly rental income, average monthly deposits, business entity type, self-reported credit score range, investing experience, exit strategy, and any notes you write for us.
- Loan application information — when you complete a Uniform Residential Loan Application (Form 1003/URLA) or a business-purpose application, we collect your Social Security number or ITIN, date of birth, marital status and dependents, current and former addresses, employment history and income, assets and liabilities (including financial-institution names and account numbers), real estate owned, and your answers to the standard declarations.
- Demographic information — federal law (the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act and Regulation C) requires us to request your ethnicity, race, and sex on covered applications. Providing it is voluntary, it is used only for government monitoring of fair-lending compliance, and it is never used to make a credit decision.
- Partner program information — if you apply to our Investor Partner Network, we collect your business name, licensing details, and the information about your practice needed to evaluate and pay referrals.
- Communications — the content of emails, text messages, and calls with us, and notes about them.
Information collected automatically
- Server and hosting logs — our hosting provider records your IP address, browser type and user agent, referring page, the pages you view, and timestamps. We use IP addresses to rate-limit our form endpoints and prevent abuse.
- Drafts saved in your own browser — if you start the Get Started wizard or a loan application and do not finish, your browser saves a draft of what you have entered to local storage on your own device so you can pick up where you left off. That draft can include sensitive fields such as a Social Security number. It is not transmitted to us until you submit the form, and clearing your browser’s site data removes it. For that reason, avoid completing an application on a shared or public computer.
- Web fonts — our pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. To serve them, Google receives your IP address and basic browser information.
Information we receive from others
Once you apply for financing, and only with the authorization you give us on the application, we may receive information about you from:
- Consumer and business credit reporting agencies, including credit reports and scores.
- Employers, banks, and other parties we verify your information with.
- Appraisers, title and escrow companies, insurers, settlement agents, and closing attorneys.
- Public records, including property, entity registration, judgment, and lien records.
- Real estate agents, brokers, wholesalers, and other partners who refer you to us.
3. How we use your information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to your inquiry and provide quotes, scenarios, and pre-qualification.
- Evaluate, underwrite, process, close, fund, and service loans.
- Verify your identity and comply with our legal obligations, including anti-money-laundering, OFAC screening, know-your-customer, fair-lending, HMDA, and licensing requirements.
- Communicate with you about your inquiry, application, or loan.
- Send you marketing about our products and services where you have not opted out.
- Operate, secure, maintain, and improve this website, and detect and prevent fraud and abuse.
- Enforce our agreements, and establish or defend legal claims.
4. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
Essential and functional storage. We use your browser’s local storage to save in-progress form drafts, as described above. This is required for the wizard and application to work and is not used for advertising.
Analytics and advertising. We use or may use analytics and advertising technologies — such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta advertising pixels — to understand how the site is used and to show RynoLending ads to people who have visited it. These providers may set cookies or similar identifiers and may receive your IP address, device information, and browsing activity on this site.
You can control these technologies through your browser’s cookie settings, through the providers’ own opt-outs (for example, Google Analytics Opt-Out), or through the industry tools at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org.
Global Privacy Control. Where required by law, we treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid request to opt out of sale and of sharing for targeted advertising. Browser “Do Not Track” signals are not standardized and we do not respond to them separately.
5. Your financial information (Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act)
As a mortgage lender and broker, we are a “financial institution” under the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA). The nonpublic personal information (NPI) you provide in connection with a loan inquiry or application is protected under that law and its implementing rule, Regulation P.
Categories of nonpublic personal information we collect
- Social Security number and income.
- Account balances, account numbers, and payment history.
- Credit history, credit scores, and credit-based insurance information.
- Transaction history, assets, liabilities, and employment information.
Who we share it with, and why
We share NPI only as permitted by law and only as needed to deliver the loan you asked for. That includes:
- Lenders, investors, and wholesale or correspondent partners who may underwrite, fund, or purchase your loan — including Able Financial for residential applications.
- Loan servicers and subservicers who administer your loan after closing.
- Credit reporting agencies and verification vendors we use to obtain reports and verify the information you give us.
- Appraisers, title and escrow companies, insurers, settlement agents, notaries, and closing attorneys involved in your transaction.
- Technology and operations vendors — loan origination systems, document preparation, e-signature, secure storage, and email delivery — under contracts limiting their use of your information to the services they perform for us.
- Regulators, auditors, and law enforcement when required by law, subpoena, court order, or a legitimate investigation.
- Professional advisors such as attorneys and accountants, and a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal or financial information. We do not share your nonpublic personal information with nonaffiliated companies so that they can market their own products or services to you. Federal law gives you the right to limit certain kinds of sharing — sharing among affiliates for marketing, sharing creditworthiness information among affiliates, and sharing with nonaffiliates for their marketing. We do not engage in any of those, so there is nothing for you to limit.
This section summarizes our practices. If you apply for a loan, you will also receive a separate GLBA privacy notice with your loan disclosures. That notice governs the information collected in connection with your application, and the lender funding your loan will provide its own notice as well.
6. Calls and text messages
If you give us your phone number and consent to be contacted, we may call and text you about your inquiry, application, or loan, including through automated technology. Consent to receive marketing calls or texts is not a condition of any loan, product, or service.
Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for assistance. You can also opt out by emailing or calling us using the contact details below.
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. Information may be shared with subcontractors who provide support services on our behalf — such as customer service or messaging delivery — solely to help us communicate with you.
7. Other ways we share information
Beyond the financial-information sharing described above, we share limited information with the service providers that operate this site:
- Website hosting and delivery — our host serves the site and maintains security and access logs.
- Form and email delivery — submissions from the contact, Get Started, partner, and application forms are delivered to our team by an email delivery provider.
- Web fonts — Google Fonts, as described above.
- Email, calendar, and productivity tools we use to correspond with you and manage your file.
We also disclose information when we are required to by law, when necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of RynoLending or others, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business. We will otherwise share your information only at your direction or with your consent.
8. How we protect your information
We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards designed to protect your information. This site is served exclusively over encrypted HTTPS connections, form submissions are transmitted using TLS encryption, and access to loan files is limited to employees and vendors who need it to do their jobs.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not email us your Social Security number, bank statements, tax returns, or government-issued IDs unsolicited — ask us and we will provide a secure method for sending documents.
If you believe your information has been compromised, contact us immediately at ryan@rynolending.com.
9. How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy and for as long as the law requires. Lending records carry mandatory retention periods — for example, the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (Regulation B) generally requires records of consumer credit applications to be kept for at least 25 months after we notify you of our decision, and HMDA, state licensing law, and loan investors impose their own, often longer, requirements.
Inquiries that never become applications are retained for follow-up and recordkeeping, and then deleted or archived. Because much of what we hold is subject to these legal retention obligations, we may be unable to delete records on request.
10. Your rights and choices
Marketing. You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any message, opt out of texts by replying STOP, or contact us directly. We will still send you communications necessary to service an active inquiry, application, or loan.
Access, correction, and deletion. You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email ryan@rynolending.com with your request; we will verify your identity before acting and will respond within the time the law allows.
State privacy rights. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws — including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Minnesota, Montana, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, and others — may have the right to know what personal information is collected, to access and correct it, to request deletion, to obtain a portable copy, to opt out of sale, targeted advertising, and certain profiling, and to appeal a denied request. Importantly, financial institutions and information subject to the GLBA are exempt from most of these laws, so these rights generally apply to our website visitors, marketing contacts, and partners rather than to loan-file data. We honor valid requests for the information that is covered, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising a right.
Appeals. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response. If you are still unsatisfied, you may contact your state Attorney General.
Credit reports. If we deny your application based in whole or in part on information in a consumer report, the Fair Credit Reporting Act entitles you to an adverse action notice identifying the reporting agency and to a free copy of that report from the agency. You can obtain your free annual reports at annualcreditreport.com.
Fair lending. The Equal Credit Opportunity Act prohibits creditors from discriminating against applicants on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age, because all or part of an applicant’s income derives from a public assistance program, or because an applicant has in good faith exercised any right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act. RynoLending is an Equal Housing Lender.
11. Children’s privacy
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Links to other sites
Our site links to third-party resources such as NMLS Consumer Access and our social media profiles. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices or the law change. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and we will provide additional notice for material changes. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
